JHAWK-- Yes!! The estates.. I am fishing the other side though by the canal..have to drive over there through the brush.. I heard there are some monster bass in this lake..there is also tilapia, and Mayan Cichlids.. see pics ..

Thank guys..I read that they eat planktons.... I am going to the petstore to buy some fish food with zooplankton/phytoplankton.. will try this as bait as well...

Hey five--Loxahatchee Bait and Tackle on Southern blvd-- couple miles west of Forest Hill.. they are in the Palms West little shopping plaza.. a better assortment of stuff than SA.. Live Shiners- no Live Saltwater bait though..

Aye, Palm Beach County... Mostly a saltwater flats guy in the past--just getting really heavy into bass fishing..

I'm trying to catch my own shiners using a mesh or plastic minnow trap... Which bait is best in a trap for attracting shiners?? I've heard oatmeal, corn, dog food pellets, bread are good but have no idea..

Hey everyone- I wonder if any of yous could help me out.. in the pic my shoe is 9". I figure the bass is about 16" to 17" .. She felt like around 2 to 3 lbs but I'm not sure.. What you guys think?
