  1. Thank you for your answers. One more question. Could the hand held be used as the depth finder combo antenna for the gps?
  2. Are there any depth finders on the market that can be hooked up to hand held gps to show waypoints from the hand held . On the lake I live on the winter draw down is 40 to 60 vertical feet , and I would like to be able to go out in the winter and mark structure and its elevation so I can keep up with it as the water rises and falls. There is plenty of structure to fish but it's a pain to stay on it after dark. I don't care if it's color or not just if it has enough backlight to be seen after dark. The hand held I have is a Garmin Etrex.
  3. Just a couple of questions for the night time anglers . Has anyone tried the Nucli Eye LED ? Are they brighter than a flourescent bulb ? Are they worth the money ? Has anyone had any trouble out of them ? Are there any other brands worth trying ? BassPro has a model with blue green and white LEDs that I would not recommend .
  4. Has anyone ever heard of a gentleman by the name of Perry Shockley he made some flat sided crankbaits I think they were called Tenn. Killer , also he made some spinnerbait blades . There are 2 local tackle stores in my area that still have a few of Mr Shockley's crankbaits but none of his blades . Can anyone put me in touch with Mr. Shockley ? Or is he still in the buisness . Both the tackle shop owners seem to think he has retired , and they have no idea how to reach him .
  5. Greetings from the shores of Beautiful Douglas Lake .I have been browsing for a couple of days ,and I haven't seen any topics on the mold I'm looking for. I have been told Do-It molds made the mold but discontinued it several years ago. I'm trying to find a Erie Head spinnerbait mold in 1/2, 5/8, 3/4 oz. Also I'm trying to find colorado blades that had Ultra-Vibe C/S stamped on them, or find who made them. I haven't seen the blades for sale in a long time.
