This is what I did.Apply ice only no HEAT three times per day for 20 minuates to the elbow.Walmart sells enterac coated Ibuprofen 200mg.I started taking 800 mg 4 tabs 3 times per day.Take with food.After a few weeks when your elbow starts feeling better use a hand metal squize device,the ones shaped like a V.Start off by using it 10 time only per day for three times per week.Go up the next week to 15 times per day 3 times per week.I have worked up to 70 times per day 3 times a week work both hands also.I do this year round and it has made a world of difference.When your elbow starts feeling better you can go down on the Ibuprofen to 600 mg three times a day.If you are still having discomfort you can switch to Naporsyn 400 mg two times a day. If you apply heat it causes more inflamation and pain.Good luck Jim
