  1. i'm curious about the boat lane chip from Lance Vick. is he at Fork or near houston. will it work on a lowrance hds unit. by the way i appreciate all the tips. not alot of people would do that.
  2. So me and a buddy of mine are gonna be in the Sealy Outdoors/McDonalds tourney at Lake Fork. he's been bass fishing for 15 yrs or so, and he just got me into bassin about a year and a half ago. i'm hardcore in it now. my question is, have any of ya'll fished fork and have any tips? i'm watchin the fork reports weekly, think we have a game plan, but it's a lake we've never fished. how, as a complete amature do you do a tournament blind. there's gonna be all the locals who have their spots, so i guess what i'm asking is, do we have a chance? i think we do, i'm not saying we're gonna win the whole thing, but i think we can do some good. i got confidence in my fishing partner and myself, but this is, from what i've gathered, the fishing Mecca of Texas. (and possibly the US.)
  3. Me and a buddy are going to fish the bass splash tourney at Lake Fork in sept. i have a Tracker 14' grizzly awl side cosole. being a tourney you're gonna want to bring multiple rod/reel setups. what i'm wondering is, how can i modify my boat to accomodate three rod/reel setups each, so that they are protected/kinda out of the way and not mess my boat up. we have a rough idea, but i'm lookin for any ideas before i cut into my new boat.
