Has anyone fished any rivers yet? I am planning on fishing the saco this saturday. Wondering if anyone has caught any smallies or maybe even a largemouth. I am going to use some senkos and grubs and jigs and spinners. Anybody got any other lure suggestions?

Does anybody have some advice on when to fish the hollow belly paddle tail swimbaits. I bought two packs last year and I didn't even get a bite on them. Also do you swim them or jig them?

Hi I am new to this board. I live in southern maine. I usually fish the saco river and lake arrowhead.

Try jigging some silver buddies if you got em. I live in maine and lakes are just starting to thaw. Blade baits work great for me after ice out.

I usually use 4-5 inch swimbaits around coves.
