Anyone ever fish these waters? Had any success? I am convinced that these waters hold some trophy smallmouth and rock bass. My cousin caught and released a rock bass that, if we would have known the state record rock bass size and weight at that time, probably would have not been thrown back. We were both confident that it would have given the existing record holder a run for it's money. How big would a smallmouth caught out of one of these "small streams" and "creeks" have to be before you consider it a wallhanger? 3lbs? 4lbs?

I am from Clinton County. I actually work in West Chester. I love hitting all the small feeder creeks that flow into the Little Miami River. The Little Miami River has some good spots for smallmouth. I am after the 3lb+ smallmouth out of one of these creeks. I am also convinved that the next state record rock bass will come out of one of these creeks.

I am new to this website. The majority of my time spent fishing is spent on small creeks that feed the Little Miami in SW Ohio. I have had success in catching some decent size smallmouth. I live in Highland County. IS there anyone in the area that also fishes these waters? Any other hot spots around? One of my favorite feeder creeks is Todd's Fork in Clinton County.
