  1. Can I buy an out of state used boat and bring it to California?

    optimax 2strokes meet california standards. Also if you buy a boat out of state, make sure the state isn't a no title state otherwise you will have some hoops to jump through. Not impossible but still a pain. It took me some time to get my boat a title and registered in fl from ga.
