The beta is amazing...NO lag what so ever. There are some bugs that still have to be worked out but it is an awesome game. Was a squad leader for the first time the other day and it was pretty cool calling in bomb strikes and everything like that. There is another really cool game that is coming out next week but for the life of me I cant remember what it is called. Its rumored tho to have millions of weapons

Any gamers here in the beta for MAG. For those who have not heard about it is a MMOFPS...Massive Multiplayer Online First Person Shooter. 256 players is the max in one game. Anyone who has a PS3 and likes first persons shooters should go reserve this from gamestop and when you do that you get a code to get into the Beta testing.
  4. I know Wal-Mart caries the Itsy Bitsy Minnow. I picked up a couple of them this year...they really didnt produce for me but to be fair I never gave them a fair chance. And the best part is they are only like $4 a piece.
  5. check out the articles on here and let everyone know where your from at least...someone might live right down the street from you and would be willing to help ya out

  7. Ill be the first to say it. Check the FAQ's and search. I just got serious into bass fishing this year and the FAQ's provide a lot of useful info. Sorry to do your job mods.
  8. yup fished it...very good trout lake in the spring
  9. Might have to research some of those. Wikipedia does NOT count as actual research though...lol

  11. I saw this on another fourm a couple months ago. Still a good read again though.
  12. Number 1 would be top-bait even though ive never had one blow up on it. Number 2 would be worm. I love the feeling when your line zips out and then the nice hard hook set. I had one the other day came about 1.5 feet out of the water after the worm as soon as the worm hit the water! First for me...I was like
  13. Just got home from my regular pond...about 5 acres. Was hittin em pretty good in about 2-3 feet of water in the weeds.
  14. Lil more than 9 hours till kick off....WE ARE!!!!
  15. Some cliff notes would probably be nice. Thats way too much reading for me!
  16. I assume you are talking about slippery pot pie and not the kind with the crust that everyone else eats? yes the slippery
  17. This may be a PA Dutch thing but Ham Pot Pie...mmmmmm
  18. I am new to bass but have been fishing trout for a while. I suggest going out and getting an ultra-light or light setup. Panther Martins and Rooster Tails are both good lures. Also small spoons, night crawlers and live minnows all work well. My favorite is a 3" Berkly Trout Worm in bubble-gum with a #10 hook. Good luck!
  19. prayers sent x2. I have a friend fighting non hotchkins lymphoma right now. He was diagnosed with it a little over a year ago and after chemo they said it was in remission but a blood test came back about 2 weeks ago and it has grown back. Time for him to go through the entire routine again. Thank god the government is picking up most of the bill.
  20. keep im mind im 21...but when I was 16 I bought a 1986 Chevy S-10 for $150. Man was that thing a piece of crap! After completly tearing it down and redoing a lot on it it was looking and running good. Painted it myself! Sold her last year for $600...not a bad turn around considering I put about $300 in it.
  21. To the lake that is way to heavy presured its about a 5 min walk...its really the size of a large pond though. To a good lake its about 30 min. I usually fish a pond that is 20 min from my house. And to the "real" lake its about 45 min...although I dont have a boat I can use on it.
  22. Everything looks so sexy but its too bad I have no money to buy any good stuff.
  23. Welcomet to the forum! Never been on meadow grounds with a boat but I have shore fished it. I live about 5 min away from Cowans Gap to give ya an idea of where Im from. If ya need a fishin partner some weekend let me know. Nice to meet another local on here!

I had never fished any frog before yesterday. I got a green scumfrog at BPS. I had thrown all sorts of topwater baits at the bass in my pond but when I threw the scumfrog I dont think they had ever seen one before...6 fish in about 30 min!!! I was not happier!
  25. The Parmesan Garlic is my favorite...I have had every single flavor though and they are all good...even the Blazin
