would you take it over the revo S?

anyone play with this reel? im looking for a cheaper low end burning reel. this seems to be ok no? looking for ~100 bucks.

is it fixable? its brand new, so i dont know how something could get in it.

Hey, I bought a revo S. finally got around to playing with it. I noticed when cranking the reel, it has a slight stuck feeling about every second. Anyone know anything about this? is it fixable? that would suck if it wasnt.

Hey. had a question. these two seem to work pretty similar. So when do you use which? Ive got a selection of both. but never know which one to throw on.

anyone have trouble with this buzzbait swimming to its side?

brotha man, did you separate that little plastic piece that keeps the tail connected to the shad? I did that at first. after that, it was almost impossible to not get it right.

Wow guys, i took some of your advice, and within 5 punches, wham! ;D. Huge cheezy smiles on my face. Felt like a kid with a lolly pop. It was a great feeling. I went with this: T-rigged chigger craw w/ 1 oz. bullet. Worked like a charm. FIRST PUNCH! Thanks!!

would you guys work it the way i suggested above ? drag....small hops? wouldnt i get hung up on weeds?

thats the topic. ive got a question. im shore angling. ive been producing up in the north quite well this year with senko. Pretty much my home lake is weeds, and senko pulls right through. BUT I WANT A BIG ONE! Ive been hearing that GY flappin hogs can produce bigger bass. which i believe is true. but...is that conditional? so i bought a pack. if i'm dragging, small hoppn, this on a t-rig through heavy weeds, is it really going to produce bigger fish for me, or should i go back to senko? been out a couple times and it doesn't produce as well. keep in mind i don't have access to alot of fallen trees, stumps to pitch into. How would you work this if you were in my shoes? thanks a mil.

Hey guys. I'm pretty new to the jig/trailer scene. I'm trying to figure out a few things that i cant get answers to. at least not from my hw. Ive kind a sorted variety of 1/4-1/2 jigs, but it takes some force to get through some of the mats ive been trying to get to. Havent pulled one out yet. Am i spooking them? how to you cast into and through it? any suggestion would help. also would you recommend something thick for a trailer like a beaver/hog versus something with good action like a ragetail craw when using this technique?
