u said approx 90 pounds, is it better to be on the higher or lower side of 90? Is there a way to tell approx hours on a engine by a compression test? What is a leakdown test?

I am considering buying a 2000 17 ft javelin 90 hp 2 stroke johnson....Does anyone have any feedback on that model javelin or johnson? Feedback on the top end speed on that boat? It seems to be a heavy boat 1290 i believe (motor and boat, at least thats what NADA states...not sure if 1290 is just boat or boat and motor) it has 12 Volt 44 pounds of thrust on the front trolling...is this enough for this boat? Thx for the feedback
