  1. I agree whole-heartedly. As long as it WAS a snakehead (as someone pointed out, they can be confused with the native bowfin), it should have been killed on the spot and turned into Fish & Wildlife. Snakehead are on the Federal List of Injurious Fish Species and are classified as highly invasive with the potential to seriously change our favourite sport fisheries. Anglers all need to do their part to NOT spread such fish, and to kill and report all the ones they find.
  2. Tin, if you are talking about the annual Lake Champlain International Bass OPEN that took place on August 31 out of Mallet's Bay on Champlain, the winning weight was 24.72-lbs. This was all largemouth, and the lunker LMB 6.54-lbs. The second place team weighed in all smallies 21.77-lbs, with a lunker smallie of 4.50 pounds. Also, this tournament is a SIX fish bag, not five. Serach Google for "LCI Bass Open" to see the full results. I can't post a hyper-link here yet.
  3. Yeah - I posted in 2 different places. Sorry. Several others have said they might be FLW. I can't seem to find them under than name online though. Thanks
  4. I was given some loose tube baits last year. Used them for this first time this past weekend and slayed the largemouth with them. I only have 4 left and want to buy more but I have no idea who makes them. Can anyone help ? Thanks !!
