I dont fish for LM alot, I fish for spots Ive gone 60 even 70 ft deep once or twice but I feel I can cover any depth of water, in shollow water(1-15ft) I will fish a jig t-rig c-rig and deep16+) I will fish a dropshot a spoon a big 3/8 or 1/2 oz jig

you sure you havent done any thing diffrent like change the lower unit oil, change the oil brand, new prop, are you triming the motor up more less ????

I hate to say it but only when I remeber but I really need to idle or 100mph you can still drown no mater how good you can swim I mean I pretty big im 16 years old and 6ft 210lbs Ive played football my whole life im pretty strong but I can still drown just as easy as the next guy. Im trying to rember to were it but it slips my mind every time but ive started to lay it in my seat so I dont forget.

get like lowrance 110HD on the front of that jon boat ;D . I would get like a lowrance x52 thats a pretty good unit it will show the bottom real good. it will also show brush and every thing you need to see. and there not hard to use there real simple.

what was you first car/truck, how much did you pay for it give details LOL mine is a 2000 ford ranger with 175K miles on it 4 clinder, white and sounds kind of like a rice burner LOL, but hey it still pulls my boat and the best part is it is free!!!! oh and it get 12 mpg i know thats not alot for a 4 clinder but I think something is wrong with it LOL.

what about the stratos 201 they good in chopy water I know that they make a super package or something like that that comes with a 300 hp, but it says that max hp is 250??? , sorry if im being annoying I just want to get the best boat for my needs. thanks agin

that sucks I work at a tackle store and not to long ago we had some one try to steal a bunch of lucky craft lures and stuff it totaled out to around $100, like you said I hate thieves. I hope you get your stuff back and they lock that guy up for awhile. >

cart7 not to sound like a smart a@# or any thing but I think he had the 496, but I dont think a foot shorter would make you got that much faster. yea I wasnt realy wanting to go 100mph + it would be nice but I would just scare the crap out of my self going that fast. I was wanting to go high 70's-mid 80's

thanks for the quick replys are they good riding boats? and how about charger boats I saw one at the boat ramp this morning and it was a very good looking boat had lots of storage, and the guy said it was the best riding boat he has ever owned he had a 250 optimax and he said it would do mid 80's is that ture or BS.

in a another year or two I will be getting a new or newer bass boat, Ive been looking for something that rides good in coppy water but still fast, I know you cant catch bass going 80mph but I kind of like to fast LOL. but I came across stroker boats and they seem to fit my needs but Ive heard the kind of lack on the top speed, so if any one has a stroker bass boat I would like to know the pros and cons. or if there is another brand that you would could suggest that might fit my needs.

get the lowrance X135 thats what I have. and you can see bait fish,brush, every thing you need to see

save up a few more years and get you a very good used boat. I kind of wish I would have, I have a tracker tournment v-18 its a 18.2ft with a 90hp and I have fish tournys with that and it dose good and I fish a big rough lake.

I agree with cart7 on used boats, get a slightly used boat and let the preson who baught the boat first get all the bugs and and stuff out

I have a tracker tournament V-18 and I love it it dose all right in chopy water I have a 90hp on the back of mine and it dose 40-45. I fish lake lanier and that lake is lake a ocean in the summer time so if you get a aluminum boat take a look at tracker. but the only thing I dont like about it is the wiring the wired it then put the deck on it which make it hard to install new stuff

the dorsal fins will be connect on a spotted bass and not on a large mouth bass, and the jaw on a spot dose not go pass the eye and on a large mouth it dose, and a spot fights a hole lot harder also LOL. ;D
