I was wondering if anyone has reports on what the bass are doing and where on Lake Kissimmee in december. I've never fished Kissimmee in December, and could use some advice/help, I was kind of figuring Philadelphia Point, Brahma sland, or North Cove. THanks for your help

Any one have any fishing reports for Lake Kissimmee right now? I don't think I have ever fishe Kissimmee this late in the year, and would appreciate any reports and advice you guys may have.

Hello all, I'm fishing the north end of Lake Okeechobee this weekend near the Kissimee river inlet area, and was wondering if anybody had any bass fishing reports they would share like what they're hitting right now, any specail techniques, and where they are biting, any info would be greatly appreciated. I've never fished that area, only fished around the south end of the big "O" a couple times. I don't get out of fishing my local lakes much, and don't want to spend my limited time on the big "O" looking for the bass, so I appreciate any help/advice anybody can give. Thanks!

I have a 97 Stratos 282, 18'9" with a dual console. I would like to consider removing the passenger console. Would this in any way comprise the integrity of the deck? Has anyone done this and if so I would appreciate any pointers or advice.

Two years and no I've not tried another battery yet

Seven hours away from a tournament, checking everything as usual to get ready. Cranking battery showing only partially charged when I tested it. When I try to turn over the motor or if I hit the trim, it drains the battery completely. Any advice please? Ground is OK and cables have been cleaned and tightened.

Anybody have any bass fishing reports for Lake Seminole? I hear the bite is real, real bad right now.

hanks, I'll definatley keep that in mind. I'm thinking of hiring a guide just before the tournament, at least that's what someone else suggested doing, which does sound like a good idea. They would know where and what to do on a lake I've never been on before.

I'm going to be at Lake Tarpon this weekend, and was wondering if anybody had any reports on what the bass are doing. The last time I was there the water temp was 62, and the bite was tough. Just curious what the bass are doing on this lake now. Thanks!

Anybody have any updates on Lake Kissimmee? Where are the hotspots? Is the locks open. I will be at Camp Mac in two weeks, and I was wondering if anybody had any updates on where to go, and what to do. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I went this past Saturday, and caught just one pound and a half bass. I also seen some dead fish in the shallows, a couple brim, bass. Couldn't find them. I was in dolly bay first thing, and threw a rattle trap, and plastics, which is where I caught the bass at, but other than that, it was bad. I didn't try the south canal, probably should have tried that. I think I will try it this weekend. How did you do?

They gave me what I owed on my boat, so it washed. I would have to put 10% down they said back in June, but the interest rate was a little high, so I got cold feet and didn't do it. I'm a little worried that if I wait intil sometime next year, it will be even harder to get a loan.

I'm looking at buying a new or used boat, and not sure what dealer in Florida to go to. I was dealing with a boat company in North Carolina, but I really hate going out of state. Nybody have some advice as who to go to that won't take me for a ride, advantage of if you will. I was approved in June of this year for a Stratos 294 evolution for $29,899 but got cold feet because of them being out of state. I currently have a 97 Stratos with a 97 Johnson 175 fast strike on it. I still owe on it, but want to trade it in. Anybody have some advice on what dealer to, and if they are trustworthy. Also how hard is it to get a boat loan right now?

What should I look for in Jacks slough? lily pads k grass, and as far as the Kissimmee river boat trails (Grape Hammock), is that north of the lock, Lake Kissimmee side, or after the lock? I got the new full pump put on for me, and I went out this past saturday, and caught one good one at Philly point, and then went to the south end of Brahma Island and fished the massive lilly pads on that end, and didn't even get hit. It was hot, sun blazin, and I thought they might be up under those pads, but nothin. Well the tournaments this coming weekend, and I have a couple places I tried, and will hit those spots. I wanted to try Jacks Slough, but didn't have time to try it out. I don't know what it looks like, but plan on giving it a shot. What's the best time to try it, first thing in the morning, or when the sun is up, mid day. Thanks!

Well I fished this passed Saturday on the north end of bhrama island, and man was I on the fish. I was on the lake for only an hour, and already ahd a limit, 4 measured and one 3lbder. Then when I went to move to another spot, my fuel pump decided it was time to call it quites. It took me 2 hours to get to shore. Well I'll get my boat back tomorrow, and will back on Kissimmee on Saturday. I'm going to try Jacks Slough, and the south end of bhrama island, and philadelphia island, and maybe s of the lock if I have the time. Hopefully that will give me some kind of game plan for the tournament. If anybody has any advice as where to try this weekend, I would greatly appreicate it. Does anybody have any advice for Kissimmee in October. I've only fished this lake twice, and would like some advice as where to start in the mornings, and what to use, tactics, advice, anything will help. I have a tournament in October, and would like to at least be somewhat competitive. I'm fishing against some guys who call Lake Kissimmee their home lake, and they are good, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
