Go by the Treasure Island Marine on Thomas Drive and ask the tackle shop manager. Just around the corner from there is the Saint Andrews State Park and there you can fish off the Jetties (hugh rip rap rocks that line the main channel coming from the Gulf into the Bay). While I grew up in Panama City (and my parents used to manage that marina) I now live in Mobile, Alabama, so maybe you should make some phone calls in advance. Good Luck!! Inline 6 8-)
