This is our second year of having fall bass tournaments on the Chickahominy River . Last year there were allot of nice fish caught during this time of the year. Ya Rockahock is the best place for the river close to Richmond The best place for chick lake is Eagles Landing on 650 off route 60 . :) Dan

Fishing the chick lake is great . Put in at Eagles landing off rt 60 on rt 650 ,nice ramp good people . Fishing the cypress trees is great and manuevering your boat through them at high speed is also fun I drive my 21 ft through there and its a blast . Piching and flippin is great around the cypress. You might catch bowfin or pike . They have a thursday night and Saturday tourneys there . Hope to see you there . Dan

I was out on the chick last weekend and had no luck at all. All I caught was snagged shad on baits . Where have the bass gone . Looks like a nice weekend coming up . Sure would like to catch some this weekend . Dan
