Thanks guys, where could I get a flasher depth finder that will fit in my cosole? there is already a hole in my console for one its 3.5"-4" in diameter. Are they even made any more? And what model would be best? thanks for your responses.

thanks for all the replies, I took a look at tackle underground and I am amazed of all the info on lure and rod building, I am already HOOKED on it, lol.

I have seen Bill Dance on his show using the biosonix, He lowered an underwater camera and there were fish hanging around it, although when he was making the sound they did'nt seem to react to it. Im with the rest of you I beleive its a gimmick, and if it does work there probably will be other companies produceing cheaper models later on. right now there to pricey to just buy epescially without being sure it works.

I Would like to start making lures and possibly rods, where could I lern how? Is there istructional books or videos? and where could I buy the supplies needed? thanks for your response, Matt.

I have seen there are a few pros fishing with the older flasher type depth finder along with the lcd's, whats the advantage or reason? thanks for any reply.
