  3. ok thanks, i was actually looking at the bass pro batteries but wasnt sure how good they were.
  4. any reccomentdation on batteries?
  5. ok, thanks for the input. also another question is how well does this motor drain batteries. like does it go a good amount of time on a full charge or what.
  6. i was looking at the motorguide pro series freshwater in the 75lb thrust with the gator 20.8 mount and was wondering if anyone had any good or bad experience with this motor.
  7. the big yellow speed boat missed me by 4 feet and he was going about 80. i love how the police pull me over for nothing but they dont stop those guys.
  8. Thanks for posting that, here is the write up for the event. http://www.abaproam.com/newsdetails.php?news_id=502
  9. i was fishing points and flats with a shallow crankbait
  10. thanks, i had 10.42 lbs. caught a 3.3 lb smallie and a 3.2 lb largemouth. how did you do in the oackly tourny?
  11. i ended up winning the weekend series event.
  12. from what ive heard, they already have over 300 boaters confirmed but i could be wrong
  13. ok so i figured out a pattern today. caught 5 for around 15 lbs and each fish came from a different spot so i also have different locations. im going to leave the pattern alone and hope it holds till saturday and i am fishing the weekend series, not the big bass. not really a fan of having to weigh in every hour.
  14. Just wondering if anyone has fished SML latly and if so what did you notice. i went out today and caught 2 off of a senko and was wondering if anyone have more luck and if so what were you doing.
  15. Is a senko the only bait that you think you can skip under a dock? I can skip or pitch alot of different baits anywhere underneath a dock. Its all about your skill level though in skipping and pitching. Btw about it being the best technique, i would argue that alot because i would say a kreature bait or soft jerkbait is much better underneath a dock.
  16. could you send me a pm with the time and day also.
  17. thats a really dumb idea, not to mention illegal.
  18. common question, if you do a google search, you will get the answer in all of about 15 seconds.
  19. i hate my downscan thats on my side imaging, i actually can see more with conventional about 90% of the time so i dont even use downscan anymore.
  20. put padding on the roof of the cooler so if the fish hits it hard then it wont injure it, my boat livewells both have this padding in them and there are dents in it from where fish hit it pretty hard.
  21. no, the cheapest way is to either lose alot of weight in the boat, or the next cheapest way is to get a whale tale which will drop your top end speed. The best way though is to get a stainless steel prop that is meant for hole shot. for this you need to talk to an expert and he can recommend the best prop for your boat and engine.
  22. i bought a bps one and its really good, just dont use the straps that come with it.
  23. ive actually moved it back to tuesday now because i have to get the breaks on my car fixed since toyota called for a recall.
