i looked at the pics some sent to this forum and when i compare to those i caught, it seems that yours are monstruous and a bit more yellowish than those i caught in the lake .....Any chance that our so called "black-bass" are different than yours ?

Hi there, Just to say that today i had my first day fishing big mouth bass... A beautiful day, we took the boat wit my cousin ( who is a good bass fisher), i used his Tenryu rod with a normal reel . I tried to use the "inverted" reel ( casting reel ?) but i was a real mess. I used a spinner lure...and i took 3 little bass in one afternoon when the cousin caught 15 of these little devils (seems like his rod and reel + his lucky craft were better than mine) I really enjoyed the fights and the fact that this fish is a little crazy ( one of my fish had the hook stuck in the mouth and through the eye - yuck) It was my first time fishing in ages ( i only fished little ones in river- not fascinating) Well i may have been caught by the hook me too, but a fish is holding the rod... By the way, i am french, 32 years old. This was not the point of this post, could you indicate me an online shop where i could find good quality product at reasonable price Thank you
