  4. Anyone have any info on fishing the Merrimack river in the Nashua area? I need to stay near Nashua due to time constraints, usually only a 3 hour window including travel. I know i can put my boat in behind Greeley park ? 5. I made it to naticook this morning for a few by myself just before 6 am , the little guy didnt want to go. managed to catch 8 all under 12 inchs and 1 pickerel just barely under 20 inchs. had to cut thru the fog with a knife. i am starting to get the hang of fishing with those rubber worms. Is this normal for naticook ? Any one had any luck at horseshoe pond in merrimack nh. Any other places i should try in the nashua area ?
  6. hey unh, can you introduce me to your friend with that pond? just kidding , those are some nice fish gives us all something more to look forward to catching

  8. My first largemouth on a plastic worm. also looking for suggestions on line for longer casting with these lighter non weighted plastics i am slowly learning to use plastics , i have been using much heavier jitterbugs and poppers
  9. I fish mostly for lmb and smb here in new hampshire. Lots of weeds and lots of clear clean water. I am learning to be patient and let the plastics just sit with a little twitch after a 10/12 count. Will braided line be more visable? Will it matter to the fish ? I am willing to try a few different ones and just want to narrow it down a bit. I figure 12 lb test I want good long casting with lighter weight plastics. I currently have an open faced reel and a closed face reel. Possibly a baitcaster next year or 2 SUGGESTIONS ? INFO ? THANK YOU
  10. Merrimack river launch in Merrimack nh ? where? I know there is one behind Greeley park in Nashua. Is there another one in Nashua ? Is there one in Hudson ? or Merrimack ?

Typically we get a 2-3 hour slot wed and sunday late afternoons with an occasional sunday early morning. Where should we be looking to fish and what should we be throwing at them ? We would love to catch some big pickerel also Thank you
