Thats awsome and yeah wierdly enough thats happen i was at a pond that had a little shoot parrallel to it that was connected and i threw a 3/8 white spinner bait down it caught a little tiny fish probably no more than 1/2 a pound and got my line all stuck in the bushes and i was reeling it in and a fish came up grabbed it and snapped my line. Must of been frayed from being in the bushes but it was awsome to see it jump like that in only about 2 feet of water

Come on the eagles are good band and so is Aerosmith. Dang aerosmith is an extremelly talented band. Kiss are ok im not going to say they suck because they have great showmen ship and their music is completely bad. U2 is ok till they got all political but Nickleback has ALWAYS SUCKED. Very generic band no personality or orginality to them at all.

Wolfranger the resort up on yellow creek is a good place just forget the name of it. Far as fishing goes since the temperature is dropping, fish are goin to somewhat move shallower and into the grass and in around boatdocks and shoots. You can try points off islands as well. Really its kind of a toss up right now on whats working so u should try whatever

I am looking for well made replacement blades to put on some repaired spinnerbaits. I have looked at hildebrandt, strikeking, XPS, stanely wedge, and terminator blades. I really was looking for terminator blades but its been hard for me to find any online or at BPS so if any of you guys have input it would be highly appreciated.

aqua is the major boat dock located close to the mississippi/tennessee border. It has a giant dry dock and regular dock area. Theres a bridge right there near and a boat ramp as well. Its usually congested thats why i usually put in at goat island

Hey everybody im starting from the bottom of tackle making and just right now trying to repair the massive group of spinnerbaits i have. What is the best way to go about fixing the paint on the heads? i was thinking powder paint but it seems somewhat difficult for a beginner. Is there anyother options that are simpler?

Ive fished yellow creek near goat island and aqua but havnt been there since the spring. But when im at pickwick i usually go into the shoots and everything where the houses are and fish boat docks and lay downs some shallow especially out there near goat island. Theres a few islands out there that have good points that you can try with a deep crankbait or carolina rig but i would go into the shallow parts, especially since its cooling off, and try fishing docks and laydowns with shakey heads, texas rigged brush hogs, and mostly any soft plastic your comfortable with. You could try topwater but idk since i havnt been there in so long. Edit: also try the otherside of the bridge near aqua but idk if you can get back there with how shallow it is.

Ive never had any luck with colored blades but thats just me. You should of bought a white spinnerbait or atleast a white one with a little bit of chartruese becuase i always buy booyah and they are either white, white chartruese, or black. The reason for that is, that with those three standard spinnerbaits i can tell what the fish are doing because all of three of those cover the major spectrum from clear, to stain, to mix and i if they arew biting spinnerbaits they are probably gonna bite one of the three. With weight i wouldnt go below 3/8 but wouldnt go above 1/2 because u can change the depth of the spinnerbait by the speed of your retrieve and i think 3/16 is to light and anything above 1/2 is kind of overkill.

I think its different between what a hunter does and what a fisherman does. When i hunt what ever i kill being it duck, deer, rabbit, turkey, etc i do not waste one bit of the meat. When i fish i am selective on what i keep to eat and what i throw back. I throw back trophy size fish because i dont want the lake that im fishing at to lose any of its patential. If i catch a fish thats not good size but is of legal limit i keep it and eat it but i only keep what is legal. I wish i could teach my dad this on the fishing part cause he has tendency to keep what ever he catches( only legal size tho)
