  2. Nah not really. On a normal workday my toilet consists of a PVC outhouse with a plastic urinal and a hole cut in a plastic box. There is no running water on half the job sites. Hand sanatizer is a contractors best friend.
  3. I like cardio bunnies! And they like me! What advice you got on isolating and breaking down the workouts into specific muscle groups? I've always done power and strength lifting. I've never really tried sculpting or isolating.
  4. Appreciated. Im gonna try that. Aside from isolating muscle groups. What else you got. I've read about it but never tried it. With the exception of when I was juicing I've always strength trained. All hell I was still strength training when I was juicing. I've never tried isolation on muscle groups like that before.

  7. Before I jacked my hammy up. I was doing Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Back in and shoulders in the AM. Arms and chest in the PM. Tuesday and Thursday, Legs in the AM and then Plyometrics in the PM. On Saturday I would do just legs in the PM. Now I'm doing upper back and chest Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday in the PM. Monday, Wednesday, Friday I'm doing arms in the PM. My whole schedule got screwed up by my d**n leg. I've dropped back on the supplements and on the calorie intake. I do hamstring stretches everyday and stretch my lower back everyday. Once it gets back to normal I will go back to my previous before injury workout for about 6 weeks, and cut out most all the supplements other than my whey protein and Arganine. My progress hit a dang brick wall.

  13. Just traded off a zillion on zillion for a crossbow. Its a Cabelas guide series. Its got a 175lb pull weight on it. Came with a plano box and 12 bolts. I think the stock is custom but don't know enough about them to know for sure. Here she is!
  14. That's going to be our next step. We signed a lease for an apartment down the road from us yesterday. We are gonna take at least the next 12 months to get our finances back where they need to be. I will be completely debt free next April. After that we are gonna start saving for a house or looking for a rent to own property.
  15. Then I'm measuring something wrong. My abs are visible without flexing but not chiseled by any means. They aren't bulked out defined. I've been using a body fat calculator online. They charge for the caliper body mass test at my gym. I've been getting it for free once a year when I re up my contract. Bahhh I don't care if I'm wrong on it. I still look beastly. By getting everything right I mean during and post work out. Basically when every vein is popped out and my muscles are swole.
  16. That was a typo. Its supposed to read 12 percent. I didn't even notice that.
  17. I've never chronographed mine. I'm curious what my bows shoot though. I ended up getting an 07 PSE xforce SS. Dude wanted 700 for it. We worked out a trade on it. No cash involved. Yay me. Its set up at 65 or 60 lbs at 30in draw.

  20. Your gonna have to break that down for me. Yeah I don't for see us getting loans anytime soon. However in 9 months I'm gonna be completely debt free. So hopefully that will help some.
  21. We bought that condo to flip. It was never anything more than that. The freaking market crashed right after we bought it and I got stuck in it.
  22. I've been running a horse bow. Shooting 125lbs at 31in draw.
