    Hi, A friend of mine and I are trying to figure out a way to fish the warm, private side of Lake Anna. I understand the three lagoons where the power plant water is discharged are supposedly not open to the public. However, the idea of a great bass day in the middle of winter is enticing. Can anyone help with info about how I would go about fishing in the warm side of Lake Anna? I unfortunately do not have a boat.
