+1. I have no experience with Beaver but jump over to that forum and go back to the last couple years in March and you can get a pretty good idea what works this time of year.

Thanks for the info. If I fish any of those lakes I'll make sure to get a permit before I go. That's pretty crazy that they make you have a county permit on top of your state permit! But that's Johnson county for you :

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and just recently moved to south Overland Park from the Missouri side. Thought I would see if I could get some advice on good fishing spots close to me. Unfortunately I don't have a boat so they have to be bank accesible spots. Thanks for any help!
