I jumped a nice 80lb plus tarpon and lost a snook the looked to be about the same off the Juno peir Saturday. The snook was a 40" plus fish. Otherwise rather slow they were very finicky. Even the bait was tough to get.

Sounds like you 2 guys should get together on Lake Nunyah in Dam Biz, Va. And have a little fish off.

Looks like we need to get the Swamp people down here to fill a few tags.

I've got 2 of them in the last 10 days a 40# and a 25# and between the grill and everybody wanting some, lets just say I need to go catch another one. LOL

This is close to the biggest one I have gotten. There are some big ones out there right now. This is cobia time here in south florida.

Thanks for the info. I will be out there a few times this week. Still waiting for my first cobia of the year. Got a nice 10-12 Mahi last week.
