Hello, My son and I love to bass fish in NH and I'm glad I found this forum. We are in a canoe but do alright. We usually don't start fishing until the end of May but we are ready to start now. We fish mostly artificials during the season with a preference for topwater as the sun is going down. But for early season how do you think drifting a shiner under a bobber would work for the local ponds or how about the Merrimack River since there is no ice. We would have to fish from shore on the river. Thanks!
