  1. I live in mid Missouri and temps have been hovering in the 60s and 70s for a few days and at times topping out in the 80s. The water has been clear but a storm came through last night dropping a lot of rain and the water is pretty muddy now. If I had to guess I'd say the water gets no deeper than 15-20 feet and the only structure I have seen are rocks in some places and a lot of moss/weeds. The rain also made the water cool down a bit, I'd say its somewhere in the 50s now.

  3. The lake I fish almost everyday is a fairly small lake located in a neighborhood. To give you an idea of how big it is, I can easily walk around a couple times in a full days fishing. It has a few sort of coves/bays where I think it is shallower and it runs close together in the middle the spreads again making a shallow sort of flat. It has been tough during the prespawn and I can't seem to find any big fish or good amounts of fish. I have caught a few small ones on a rattletrap and a jerkbait but thats it. Any ideas on how I can fish this lake during the prespawn?
