  1. I have the Perception Pescador Pro 120 and I love it. It will be hard to beat in the under $1200 range. Comfortable seat, plenty of storage in the rear and can fit a small cooker in the front well if you want.
  2. i have been out there several times fishing and have had Gardner PD come by and ask if I was catching any fish. Never said anything about no fishing.
  3. Took the kayak to Richmond Lake this morning. It was a little slow but got a couple decent bass. The catfish were liking the bladed jig as well.
  4. Looking for a new flipping rod in the $100 range. Looked at Duckett Ghost and Daiwa Tatula. Any suggestions?
  5. Took the kayak to Baldwin City pond this morning. Caught a bunch of little bass. Had a couple good bites on a frog kept missing them. They were killing a weightless senko.
  6. Last I talked to Spring Hill they still do not allow kayaks on the lake. Might check with them before you go out there.
  7. Thinking about taking the kayak to Richmond Lake
  8. i just purchased one and only had a chance to get it out once. So far i really like it. the seat is very comfortable and its very stable. i use the rod holders behind the seat for my net. i have a milk crate with rod holders so i use them instead. I think i am going to really like it.

  10. Went to Melvern this morning and did pretty well. Biggest smallie was 3 lb and 19 inches long. Caught everything on Ned.
  11. Decided to hit Lone Star instead this morning. They were hitting top water well but nothing of size. Biggest was maybe 12 inches.
  12. Taking the kayak out to Kill Creek tomorrow morning. Hopefully get something to bite.
  13. yeah they still had more left at that price. i am tempted to buy a few more
  14. Went to the local academy sports to see if they had any sales going on. Found a Diawa Lexa 1500 spinning reel on sale for $49 and paired it with a H2O Ethos Micro 7'3 medium light rod they had on clearance for $33. Was pretty happy to come out of there with a nice setup for under $100. Hoping to take it out Thursday and give it a try.
  15. I might be in for Thursday night. i will let you know
