Yes, 20# test, 4# diameter. Daiwa Samurai braid is thinner, and is also an 8 strand braid instead of 4. Very smooth stuff. The reason I went with the Samurai braid is because the reel is a 50e, and the amount of line going onto the reel is an issue with bigger lines. I just worry if the thin diameter of the line is going to cut into guides, or if it's just too thin for the rod (which specs are 10-20 # line. Also if I step up to 30# test instead of 20#, would it also be wise to upgrade in leader strength, instead of 10, since it's a pretty stout rig, use something like a 12-15# test leader?.

I have a dedicated senko/creature rod (Falcon Cara CC-5-1610S) I have gotten into fishing braid. I bought some Daiwa Samurai braid. I have a Curado 50e on the rod with 20 lb braid and 10 lb fluoro leader. Is the diamater of the line (4 lb test equiv.) too little for the rod? Thanks
