fish in a river, closed in by locks on both ends.
After the fall towards the winter the drain about 3 to 4 feet of water, and pump it back up during the start of spring.
There isn't much structure, a couple bridges. I often find it difficult to locate bass or other fish, Pike Muskie some walleye.
With no fish finder it makes it hard to not come back empty handed and I find myself back at the same places I have luck with smaller bass.
So what id like to do is give a link to the area accessible by boat I can fish, and see if anyone can come up with any spots on the map that are worth spending time at.

You can see if you click on the link. the road that ends moonies bay. Those are the one side of the locks.
The other end of the locks are about 5km down, a placed called black rappids.
I normally end along some rock structures that are man made that go from the shore down about 7 or 8 feet of water.
Im just looking for any input or to have some fun with it.
Look forward to heard back.
