Lake st Clair. What are some good jigs and trailers?

In the Summer tons of weeds. Lots of rocks. allot of canals around. Points. Water is clear and stained most the time.

II would love to catch one but im stuck on shore haven't had a bite in over a month

What is the correct way to fish a jig and pig? What's the best time of year? How do you match the trailer to the jig?

When do large mouth leave the shallows for the year. This is my first year bass fishing. There's so much to learn!
