thanks for the info guys! hitting the rayovacs this year if i can get in because it seems like there is a lot of priority registration im wondering if getting a spot for the series is going to be a problem however open registration for my division begins on the 20th ill be calling them at 7am i guess thats all i can do!

just wondering if theres any co anglers out there on the flw tour that can shed light on what doing the entire season costs? Obviously the cost and different ways to travel factor in im just wondering what it costs a guy typically to fish every event and have a chance to be in the co angler of the year race.

how much fun is it when you get to go shopping in your garage every time you fish....I call it collecting!!!

anyone have any info on the nj federation? is it the same type of deal? What if im only interested in the federation events can I just join the federation? $67 for the year for dues? Local Club $20 a yr?

i don't know if this qualifies me but when I buy any lure I usually buy the lure in each size and colorright from the gate. Typically I fill a 360 box with a given lure because I buy each size and color. I don't know why I guess I figure myself for something of a collector as well, I don't care if a lure never goes in the water I like knowing I have em if the situation calls for it!

I been experimenting using a skirted jig , shakey head jig also in place of my standard 3/8 round tungsten drop shot weight w a spinshot hook....I catch em on the spin shot and the jig at times. So if you like a shakey head and you like a drop shot u can try fishing them at the same time and experiment with different baits...ENJOY!

what are some of you doing in the fall at union lake. im still doing ok on a spinnerbait pattern paralleling wind blown grass areas.
