thanks, i have always heard braided line was more sensative. i used to use it all the time for everything until i tried pline now i use it for everything i have never tried using braid for deep jigs though. have any of ya'll tried the okuma helios extra heavy 7'6?

hello i am currently in the market for a jig rod. i have done some pretty extensive research on it already and the one thing you can't measure by staring at a computer screen is sensitivity. i want to buy the best jig rod i can regardless of the price. i am a fairly tall guy so anything under 7'3 feels way to small to me, and i lean towards stiffer rods. i will be mainly throwing a 3/4 oz jig in 20 ft or better. so my question is what is the best rod for this technique? i have just about ruled out the loomis nrx because any rod long enough does not have heavy enough action but i have not used any so i don't know if the m/h rod would be ok in loomis? any feedback or help will be greatly appreciated, thanks
