    You indeed do have a 1986 Dawson: I own one just like it ! only mine is blue with a 150XR6 The boat is rated for a 175HP. The only boat that comes close to being made like this is a Ranger! And I'm not really sure if any other boat out there rides as good as this bass boat, it's a shame that Dawson does'nt make this boat anymore. It would be hard for me to even think about selling it. I dont think you will ever find any correct info on this boat...I've been trying for the past 5 years with no luck yet. All I can tell you is to keep it as long as it still floats...you'll not find a better boat any where!
