Went about two weeks ago and did alright. My dad and I had 5 Large mouth combined, and 3 White. Going again this weekend, will get probably a day and a half of fishing in. Planning on a good time again!

My father and I went about a month ago after the massive rain storm, no luck that day. Other than that I don't know for sure. We are going this Saturday as well, probably afternoon/evening. If you see a red bassmaster classic Ranger give us a wave!

Landed my new PB today, might not be very big by most standards, but I just started Bass fishing this year. About 3lbs 8 oz. Nothing special, but I'm super happy. Caught it on a crawdad colored Football Jig with a watermelon red flake craw trailer. Hoping for bigger and better things to come!

Hey, I'm Kevin. I'm from Joplin, Missouri, but spend a lot of time in Pittsburg, Kansas for college. 19 years old. Not new to fishing exactly, but to bass fishing definitely. I've trout fished since I was about 4-5 years old. My dad use to bass fish quite frequently, and is begining to teach me what he can. I plan to spend my weekends that I stay at college in Kansas fishing the strip pits and other local lakes/ponds. Working toward learning all that I can about Bass fishing. Glad to be here!
