Crankbaits - Round, Square Bill - Help Me Get Started
Bomber square a, in baby bass, foxy shad and chart brown back. Bomber fat free in citrus shad. Flat a is also good. These are inexpensive but effective options. Xcalibur has some good square bills for a little more money, the smallmouth, foxy shad and brown craw colors

My Jacksonville Backyard Pond (Big Ones)
Yeah man I dunno about a boat, maybe a friend with a boat lol. Boats are too much work and money for me. But I would like on to do inshore and crabbing.

The Trash Is Flying, The Pennants Are Flying, And The Al Central Is Still Terrible
Redsox got rid of Youk? for some crappy players too, but that kid at 3rd looks legit wish I would pulled the trigger and picked him up when I had a shot instead of pretending zimmerman was gonna get better. and to the white sox, they are finally figuring their top prospects are not worth the tops cards they are printed on. LOL

My Jacksonville Backyard Pond (Big Ones)
Nice. They look like fun to fish small enough to work all angles. I doubt I will ever make it over there though. Just out of curiosity a fishing buddy of mine was wonder about that big cove near blanding and kingsley is that lakeside? You ever fish there? He was talking about slough park or something.

Small But Successful
That first one is a really nice fish. Bet that was a fun ride. Now you know there are bigger in there your gonna have to bring a beefier setup LOL How long where you out for? Background of the second pic looks like a farm pond? You know how long that pond has been there and been stocked?

Where Is The Good Nova Fishing
All I know about Brittle is what the Wild Life website had to offer. I wanted to fish it but never got the chance. Looks like a good lake, they stock it with Walleye, LMB and Catfish from what I gather. Curious to hear how it is from someone that has fished it myself.

My Jacksonville Backyard Pond (Big Ones)
Yeah that pond at gander looks really nice. Never tried it, too far north for me. All this rain today is gonna switch things up again. Ponds are so deep right now.

Well congrats to both of u. Good luck. Hope all goes well, God Bless. Deffinatly first month or two sleep is tough. But u already got the right idea. When mine would wake up for the 5 or 6 am feedings, drop baby back down and hit the water for a few hours while they all sleep.

What Worm Hook Do You Use
Yeah I might be trying the laser sharps out since they are far easier to come by and I have heard good things about them.

Nice work, as long as you catching them size don't really matter. The ones I got sat where all twelve inches n under. I never used a senko before, maybe on day if I can get a pack of June bug or red shad I never had success on the greens or natural colors.

My Jacksonville Backyard Pond (Big Ones)
Cool man, yeah up there the ponds are probably a lot older the one I fished on AC skinner was built in the 90's so they might hold them giants u r looking for. Is Monday the big day?

My Jacksonville Backyard Pond (Big Ones)
Yeah man I got back into fishing when I lived up in northern Virginia. It is nice to be able to drive or walk to a pond 5 minutes away instead of a 20 or 30 minute ride minimum to get skunked. Nothing wrong with va lakes and rivers but being without a boat and mostly pond fishing as a kid I enjoy that much better. Nice to go saltwater fishing too which I am going work on doing more of that.

My Jacksonville Backyard Pond (Big Ones)
You ever make it to the citi banks ponds? It is about to rain some more! Ponds are gonna get even higher. Some it is good some it makes it harder. If you go in the am the are pretty shallow on the outside of the weeds. The big one I spotted was up there with them but just not biting. If your head up to bay meadows follow it around until it turns to gate you will be in heaven bro we went that way to St johns towncenter and ibsaw tons of spots. there are also spots off JTB and 95 iv fished one off ac skinnerI

What Worm Hook Do You Use
I will agree with the statement about not hooking up with as many on the EWG, seems like the angle on the hook kinda point it down more. But it isn't too much of a problem to where I won't use them

The Trash Is Flying, The Pennants Are Flying, And The Al Central Is Still Terrible
No waited too long on Davis, the league I am in is 12 teams head to head. Pretty much any closer, 3b and 1b are gone. This league has a IF spot and extra OFs in addition to std positions, and 3 starters instead of 2. There are a few decent OFs left and some number 3 or 4 starters. I was able to pick up Ubaldo and Bedard to plug into the rotation, jumped on Oswalt and Allan Craig to while they were NA. Just got Jair to fill beachy's spot hopefully he works out but not counting on it

My Jacksonville Backyard Pond (Big Ones)
Was out this morning got 4 in about an hour and couple misses, all under or around 12 inches. If you head over that way take right at second light past 95 the funny shaped pond on left in the business park before u get to the Citi bank ponds. I fished it a few weeks ago had a few strikes, it was during the week it rained a lot and fishing was slow. If the weather holds of might take the family out for blue gills n such or go to the beach. Wife just got a license to fish and a crem rig lol

Summer Fishing
I fish from shore pretty much same time, now with my son in school I am done by 7. Usually I start top water, popper or zoom toad and end with a worm. Around here the water is shallow or too vegetated to fish cranks etc. The worms do the job, I never fished them much or had success up north, but once you get the hang of it you won't stop using them. You tube vids helped me. A "trick for your trick worm" was the one that sticks out the most and it works.

Summer Fishing
That is my go to! Red shad, yesterday I got a hit almost every cast right before this weather front was coming through. Even on a slow day they will produce at least a few.
