    i fish the erie canal for spring smallmouths in rochester NY. ive had a ton of success throwing tubes around rocks parallel with the bank, but just this week they raised the water a good 10 feet to its normal level and the water is really stained. what do i do? should i wait for the bass to get use to all this new structure they now have? or should i keep doing what ive been doing?
