Mann's Superfrog?
Anyone ever tried this frog out, particularly in the "bullfrog" color pattern? I just ordered one off of Basspro.com for $5.49. Is this worth the money?

What Type Of Fish Is This?!?!
I'm going to throw some bread in today, I'm going fishing there in just a little while when it cools off. I'll be sure to let yall know what I can find out!! Also, if it helps, there used to be alot of algea, I mean, 7/8th of the pond's surfaces was just algea, and the next day I went there, less that 1/3 was algea...

What Type Of Fish Is This?!?!
Hello, I fish in a very small pond that's about 3.5 foot deep at the most, and I know there are alot of bass and brim in it, but I think there may be some carps as well. The reason I say this is, sometimes, I will see a very big bubble line about 4 inches wide and anywhere from 1.5 to 3 foot long, then a wake, followed by a big swirl. I also hear a pop/slurpish sort of noise and see a ripple like a fish feeding. I haven't seen a carp in here before, as the water is somewhat dirty, but that doesn't mean they're not there. Could it just be a big bass speeding away to eat a fish, or a carp being spooked? Please let me know! Thanks

Bass Trying To Be A Catfish?!
Hello guys, and gals..I was fishing today and I had two rods, one for brim and one bass. I set my bass rod down after i threw it in the water with a bullet weight and 11 inch worm, and rigged up my brim rod. All of a sudden, after about 2 minutes of just sitting on the bottom of the pond, please note the lure was NOT in motion whatso ever, and the line just started going out, like a catfish would pull. I set the hook, but nothing was on it, and then after about 2 jerks, i saw a big bass slam it. I got it in..weighed 5 pounds and came in at an impressive 19.5 inches. But was the line shooting out a bass, or a catfish? I have never seen this happen before so just wondering. Thanks

Does One's Rod Length Affect The Amount Of Fish Hooked?
@MichBassMan, I don't use a spinning reel on my casting rod, I have a baitcaster on that and that is what I keep missing hits is with.

Does One's Rod Length Affect The Amount Of Fish Hooked?
Hello there fellow bass anglers. I have been saving up some of my money so I can buy a new rod at my town's Walmart, and I was wondering if the length of the rod could affect the number of good hooksets, or the number of fish hooked in general. The reel I have is a Bass Pro Shops Mega-cast (Spinning), and I've had it for 2 years, and use 12lbs mono-filament line on it. I'm thinking about getting a Shakespeare Ugly Stik, 7'0" medium action spinning rod. I'm only 5'5 but I'm not sure that that matters or not. I keep loosing fish due to late hook sets with my Daiwa Millionaire Classic casting rod, which is 6'0" in length. That too is a medium action rod. Will this longer, newer rod help me to hook more fish, or is it a matter of improving my reaction time? If possible, respond as soon as you can because I'm buying it either tomorrow night or Friday. Thanks.
