Well to be honest, I made a trip to the ocean a few years back and never got anything ! On the way out I stopped at a fish market and picked up a few ...made me feel like the trip was not a complete loss

I have owned 3 boats in my life and everyone had a differnt color on the bottom ! One was silver, one was blue and the one I have now is green !

If you were skunked on a trip fishing . Would you, or have you stopped and picked up fish before you got home ?

Around 80 bass ( between the 6 of us) the average size I caught was 2 to 3 lbs , but others were getting some around 5 to 6 lbs and of course the rumors of even bigger ones I have posted others that we caught in my gallery you may want to check out ! We also took home 7 1/2 kilos of Tilapia !

I snapped this one a couple of nights ago ! This one looks older but was wondering how old ? Also if a toad is good for bait , where would you hook it ?

Just back from our 8 day trip to Alvaro ! What a blast Here are some pictures of view from lodging , on Dique 10 Lake and some of the fish we caught ! Were looking forward to August And Septembers trips Love that air in lodging and hot shower after a long day of fighting all those Bass ! We were catching bass at 12:30 am , just could not get enough !

I have only been fishing Bass for 3 years and the first bass I got was on a streamer fly , with long white tail with a dark green silver spotted worm , red body and silver head ! Works wonders to this day

Very possible MichBassMan ! Also I was thinking if a person caught a fish and was handling it with their bare hands and then released it , I hear that the oils in human hands is very bad bad for fish could be that also ? Thanks for the input

Hey Kevin22, I think it might be just that , a fungus ! But would like to know more about it if it is ! Maybe someone else may know ? Like can you still eat the meat or what can I do to help the fish ?

Now this is what I have been thinking Livetofish28 ! I have seen this same thing on trout in Montana years ago and on Catfish and Carp ! Sometimes its around the mouth or on the tail like its eating it away The meat inside looks normal , but I usually give it to the cat (the meat not skin) , cat never got sick . Just wonder what kind of infection or disease it is called .
