    Conroe has turned into a "party lake"... your best chance for reasonable fishing is the north end... ditto on lake raven at Huntsville state park.... small, but dynamite bass fishing,,, catch and release only though. it's also a "no wake " lake and it is inforced... but its a great bass lake.. also very nice campgrounds there. tom
