Thanks Bassinal, What was the length of your boat and what length of keelguard did you put on it? Does your trailer have Keel rollers in the middle and does your guard stop before the roller? I was told that Rangers for several years came with Hamby's guard,on them?

I'm wanting to put a keel guard on my 20' Bass boat and there are several out there. I was wondering if any one has tried to put one on and how is it holding up? Or should I pay the money and have one installed like Hamby's which is pretty expensive.

How do you remove the prop after sheering the pin,on Motor Guide Tour Edition. Motor Guide told me you have to cut it off. I ask about grinding screw driver slot in the shaft end to hold it,like every other troller I've owned the last 35 years. They said you could damage the shaft bearings???
