  1. Have know Jeff for a number of years from NJ. Been using them for a long time. Sometimes Senkos are too big and the bass will not take them. Unlike one the replies, have my 2 largest bass on them 5 1/2 and 6.3 lbs. Smallies love em. Also have caught pike on them. Yes, you heard correctly, Northerns. They seem to like the bubblegum but have caught on other colors as well. Smoked is my favorite. Great for sight fishing. Cast one near a bass and let it sit, 2 twitches and you are on. Nothing better than casting near rocks and all of sudden you see your line moving lateral with a smallie ready to break the surface. Lost a number of 4 pounders, snapping the line. Landed tons for 3 + pounders. I fish 6 lb. I think you get more hits with the lighter line but yes, you have fear of snapping. Need to check line for nicks more often. Get spoiled with using braid where you can get away with it. I use a 1/0. Gives me a little more casting distance and will sink a tad faster. You can also put a split 12 inches up if windy to get it down. I usally start twitching earlier when using this method. Good luck. I still think Jeff sells them on his website. Just look for jerseyriggs.com (your welcome Jeff).
