  1. I ended up buying a Basstender 11.3, it has more room for a good size deck. You can see my pic on page 54, more stable for me.
  2. I would call a Boat store and ask them what they suggest. In my boat, there is only 2 wires, so I am not familar with the extra wire.
  3. Hey Bomber7, I have a Basstender boat. It is different from the Pelican, but this pic will show you where mine foot switch is.
  4. Thank you Brian6428, I was wondering if it was me doing something wrong.
  5. Here is my basstender 11.3, it came with a livewell and a bigle pump. The guy I bought it from built the deck with all kinds of compartments. It has 2 seperate batteries and a fishfinder for the front and one for the back.
  6. How did you put the pic on here? I am having trouble getting mine on here.
  7. What is the secret to posting pictures in a relpy?
  8. i have a Basstender 11.3, which is similar to the Pelican. I use 2 trolling motors and the are both 40lb thrust and I use deep cycle battieries from Walmart also. I have no problem with either end of my boat, I use the motor in the back when I am traveling long distances and I sit in the front and use the front motor when fishing.
  9. I am thinking about buying either a Pelican Bass Raider 10' 3" boat or a Basstender 11' 3" boat. Any thoughts between the two of them? I found a nice Basstender loaded for sale. This is what comes with the boat, Fully rigged out and ready to go. Basstender 11.2 boat fully decked out with many tackle storage compartments, Aerated live-well, Bilge pump, running lights, in deck retractable rod straps, 2 fold down seats, 1 butt seat with extendable pole, anchor, fire extinguisher, oar, 2 life vests, Garmin fish finder with speed and temps, Minn-Kota 36lb Thrust up front with on-off switch mounted to the deck, New Minn-Kota 55 lb 12V for the back with in-line circuit breaker, this motor has only been used 2 times. These 2 motors are great for fishing electric only lakes, this boat moves. 2 12v batteries reading upper 12's when charged. Trailer with 2 spares and heavy duty guide rails, not the ones shown in the photos, these have been upgraded. Trailer is in fantastic condition, almost like new. This is a great rig for 2 guys, very stable boat. Does this sound like a good deal vs the Pelican Bass Raider? thanks for any comments.
