So I am new to this website and even newer to fishing the Houghton's pond area. From what I have found fishing can be quite good at this body of water. I am just looking for some advice on lures, location, an target species for this time of year. I have fished my whole life so I am not looking for basics. Truth is I will be at Houghton's pond next week for a work outing and dont want to be outfished by anyone else. I was thingking of pre baiting spots for carp or fishing the banks after dark with topwater for largemouth.
