Hi, I just stumbled across this post. I am going to be spending bits of the next several months in the Atlanta area and was interested in the name/location of the secret spot. I'll be here too long to not try to squeeze in some bass fishing. Incidentally, I am from Chicago and not familiar whatsoever with the bass fishing down in the south. Can you offer me a few tips on lure choices down here for this time of the year? I do alot of topwater (frog) and worm (Texas) up North but realize the tactics may differ down here. It seems I may get a few extra weeks of warmth and good fishing that I'm not used to up North. Also, the mere mention of your catching 3-6 pounders on average is nothing at all like we see up North. 6 pounds is a huge fish for us. I'm excited to fish here and appreciate any advice you may offer.
BTW, just got back from a New Orleans vacation a month ago. Love that town.
Take care.
