thanks guys for the info I am just getting started in jig tying. I already figured its better to buy already molded jig heads. If I buy them unpainted is it better to used the baked on paint you dip or the paint you brush on?

I tried tilting the motor up and down, but it never reset to zero.

I tried that and everything went to normal but the tilt. It was reading 1,2,3 and so on. Now its 17.4 17.6and some other numbers and they vary each time i start it up. The tilt part when i go to it it has a down arrow up arrow and both arrows, so I figured it needed to be reset.

I just purchased a 2008 Triton and it has the Mercury Smart Craft gauge on the console. I accidentally hit the reset on the gauge and now my tilt and trim isnt set. I cant find any material on line for a 2008 model. Can anyone give me some directions on how to set up the tilt?
