  1. I've had 5lb6oz from McPherson SFL, 4lb5oz from Butler. I've seen over 7 come out of butler. I landed a 6lb7oz from a lake in town. Heard of 7s from Mac.
  2. Retrieve with the rod tip up. When they explode, drop the tip. Count to 3 while reeling up the slack. Then set the hook
  3. You can reach a few pads at Butler that are off the tip of the long jettie. Just have to be on the south side of the lake. I've never needed pads to be successful with a Frog, or a Toad. Any vegetation.
  4. Little update. Boat was sold yesterday. Court date is next Tuesday. Wish me luck!
  5. Both are good. Lots of cat fishermen though. Butler is closer of course. And there are big fish there
  6. There are many community ponds that participate in the CFAP. Basically, the KDWPT manages the neighborhood pond. The pond in my neighborhood is part of the program. I've caught some nice fish. I've transplanted some nice fish as well.
  7. I'm keeping the boat. Wife and I are working things out. Both giving and making changes. Won't be able to make Beaver, but hopefully will be able to make it up to Melvern to get a PB Smallie soon.
  8. I'm afraid Xander will eventually whoop me on the lane as well as the lake. Lol Thanks guys!!
  9. I bowl. I'm good. Not bragging, just honest. I've bowled a couple 300s, many 11 in a row games. Never had an 800 series in league. "Officially" Finally got it. Had 30 out of a possible 36 strikes in 3 games. Should have been in the 825-835 range if I didn't miss that spare in the 10th frame of the first game. DOH!!!

  11. He said he has a live well, it's just not working properly.
  12. The money you spend on a big enough cooler, aerator, etc... Couldn't you just fix the old live well?
  13. Too much crap clutters the screen on the desktop version
  14. Any!!! They just catch!!!
