  1. I'D say reels. My range is 90.00 to 150.00 On reels,and 80.00 to 100.00 for rods.
  2. Was up there last Summer. The Bass fishing Mecca.
  3. Noticed they dropped a few brands of reels In favor of their own cheaper models.
  4. The pros pull their rigs all over the country. Probably thousands of miles. I have pulled my War-Eagle aluminum from N.Mississippi To Table Rock in Mo.. That's my farthest trip so far.
  5. A friend of mine in Arkansas went out last Saturday, on the same kind of day. Cold, damp, and Overcast. He was using a suspender, and got a 5 lbr.
  6. Have done pretty good at Reelfoot, flipping jigs In the tall grass across the lake from Samburg. Around 3 - 4 ' of water. April till June is your best bet, then picks back up a little in Fall.
  7. I use a 7' Carrot Stix Wild MH-F, With a Pflueger Purist reel, and 12 lb. Fluorocarbon. 1/4 to 1/2 jigs
  8. Love the new Major League Fishing fish handling rules. Penalties for throwing fish, and letting them drop in boat. Also quick weigh, and release.
  9. Noticed in some pics, these folks are taking bass Home, I guess to eat. Need to emphasize Bass as a sport fish, not a game Fish. Notice these so called professional bass Fishermen throwing these fig around. Fish care, and handling need to be emphasized More at these tournaments. Watch these idiots In FLW.
