I have been wondering, if I place in a tournament and I win money, am I still eligible to fish in High School and College. I know that if you get money for doing a sport you are not eligible to participate in the sport anymore. Whether it is getting paid or winning money. But I am unsure about fishing. Does anybody know the answer?

I love the format of the Tournament, weigh in every fish that measures and add all your weight. I also like that they can see exactly what place they are in.

Today a warm front came through and so did rain but it cleared in the afternoon. The air temp was 65 and the water was 54 on the Cumberland river. I fished for 5 hours throwing everything in my tackle box and did not get a single bite. I covered alot of water and still nothing. So what do i do now? What do i throw? Where do i go?
