Baddy

To avoid spending tons of money on specific technique setups, I am looking for a rod to cover most uses for jigs. What length, action and power would be suitable for casting and flipping various jig sizes/styles. Also I am looking for a crankbait rod that also can handle 1.5's up to deep divers like the 6xd. Again what specs would suffice? Basically what I am asking is what two rods would you have to cover all your jig and crankbaits uses.

If KVD uses them, its good enough for me.................

I just recently bought one too, how do you have the your brakes adjusted. The whole pitch concept is throwing me off

All the quantum rods and duckett rods were 50% off so I don't think it was because it was defective

Would quantum take care of this or do you think the company would. Like a said it was the last rod because they were on sale,so I could get my money back but it wouldn't be enough to buy a smoke at its retail price.

I noticed that after I purchased my quantum smoke rod today, that there is a bend in the blank on the upper end. It bends in the directions opposite to the rod guides. Is the blank supposed to have a slight bend or not? If not what should I do? I bought the last smoke rod the store had.

Bought a smoke rod for half price and the new revo s for 30% off. The rod is 7'mh f. What would be an ideal application for this setup.

I will be fishing here this weekend. I havnt really fished lakes that much though. Anybody have any advice for patterns and where the fish might be holding during this part of the year in the south.

A couple of my buddies work for a owner rep, and they were selling alot of tackle and lures at a yard sale. I grabbed up what I can and I came across these cultiva lures. Apparently they are made by by owner and have owner hooks on them. Any thoughts on these whether they are quality or what not?

The ima roumba is on sale at sportsman's for 9.99.except for the bluegill color. Are these worth to get for the price? What other colors are good?

The carbon lite is 7'2, not 6'2. Do you think a 7' M veritas is to small for the 35 purist, its about 10.3 ounces. Iv been using the vengeance for frogging.

Both the baitcasters are 7.1.1. The abu doesn't label the action but I'm assuming fast or extra fast because they don't give very much. The carbon light is fast. I fish southern lakes hartwell, Murray, Clark's hill, and a ton of pond fishing I'm willing to shuffle the reels and rods

Should I use oil or grease in the pro qualifier lube port?
