When I throw frogs, I use a Phenix UMBX700H 7'casting. Another great rod I use is Phenix's Recon 2 PHXC715 Heavy casting which is a 7'1" rod. These rods have got good backbone and have soft tips alowing for better action when working the frog. Both rods are also good for throwing other baits like soft plastics and reaction baits as well.
